Additionally, Falcon's Pointe provides many great amenities that I use all the time including a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and shuttle to campus. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help assist me. I am glad I have chose Falcon's Pointe for my off campus housing. I would definitely recommend Falcon's Pointe

Pet Policy

To help ensure all residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, Falcon’s Pointe uses a third-party screening service and requires all residents to complete a “no-pet” profile, a “pet” profile or an “assistance animal” profile at https://falconspointe.petscreening.com. This program ensures all pets and assistance animals are properly registered and documented. Whether you have a pet or not, participation is required by all applicants and residents. If you need accommodation for this process for a disability, please contact the leasing office for assistance.

Dogs and Cats may be approved by management only after resident completes a “pet” profile at https://falconspointe.petscreening.com, pays the $300.00 non-refundable Pet fee plus first month’s Pet rent of $20.00 per month, has submitted roommate(s) and guarantor consent (forms provided by property), and both resident and management have signed the Pet Lease Addendum. Management will only approve one (1) Pet per person, up to a maximum of two (2) Pets per unit. Authorized Pets must meet breed and weight restrictions outlined on the Pet Lease Addendum. ALL OTHER ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED.
