|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex For Students — This apartment is a great first start to off campus living. With the fully furnished apartment, it helps with the burden of having to buy everything from scratch and gives students living on their own for the first time an opportunity to buffer transitioning from dorm living to apartment living. Highly recommend and also a very safe environment and lots of activities for the residents.

|Recommended: YesFalcon's Pointe Review — This is a good budget friendly living space option for college students. Some of my favorite things are that it is at a perfect distance from campus, is well lit at night, has a gym, and has a bus stop nearby. Only complaint about the place itself is that the hot tub does not work. One thing future residents should consider before moving in is buying some good ear plugs as they will hear the trains if they are a light sleeper.

|Recommended: YesA Good And Simple Place — I do love the area and the buildings. I do have some issues with the rooms though such as not having a light in the shower itself and not too many shelves to put stuff on. It's about a 30 minute walk from here to the campus but the bus is an easy way to get to it. The room size is good, not too small and enough to get around but not really a lot of space to put stuff in. The kitchen is great as well as the living room, though the sofa doesn't face the TV. Overall I give it 7.5 10

Just to clarify, the walk to campus is about 15 minutes, as we are roughly one mile away, and the TV in the living room can be repositioned for a better viewing experience. |Recommended: YesAs long as you communicate with the staff and don’t ignore their posted notices everything runs really smooth. They let you know ahead of time what needs to be done before inspections. And are very understanding of people who make mistakes. Place is affordable and pretty nice. If you’re unlucky to get a loud neighbor you may hear a little noise but not a lot.
