|Recommended: NoIt’s a nice and affordable place but they are very sneaky and will charge you fees towards the end to make sure you do not get that security deposit back.

I would 100 recommend living here, especially if it is your first apartment. My roommates and I get along wonderfully, and the rent here is extremely affordable. The amenities are amazing, and we are located perfectly between campus and the various shopping centers in town.

|Recommended: YesGreat Starter Apartment — Overall, I find this place to be very livable. The furnishings provided aren't junk and feel great to use sleep on sit on. Floorings aren't brand new but they don't feel rickety or broken in any way. Water pressure is fine in the sinks and showers. I give it a solid overall 8 10, pretty good.

I know coming into housing with three random roommates was scary but the privacy and having my own space put my mind at ease
