|Recommended: YesA Good And Simple Place — I do love the area and the buildings. I do have some issues with the rooms though such as not having a light in the shower itself and not too many shelves to put stuff on. It's about a 30 minute walk from here to the campus but the bus is an easy way to get to it. The room size is good, not too small and enough to get around but not really a lot of space to put stuff in. The kitchen is great as well as the living room, though the sofa doesn't face the TV. Overall I give it 7.5 10

Just to clarify, the walk to campus is about 15 minutes, as we are roughly one mile away, and the TV in the living room can be repositioned for a better viewing experience. We appreciate your suggestions about shelving and shower lighting — feedback like yours helps us improve for all residents.
|Recommended: YesAs long as you communicate with the staff and don’t ignore their posted notices everything runs really smooth. They let you know ahead of time what needs to be done before inspections. And are very understanding of people who make mistakes. Place is affordable and pretty nice. If you’re unlucky to get a loud neighbor you may hear a little noise but not a lot.

|Recommended: NoIt’s a nice and affordable place but they are very sneaky and will charge you fees towards the end to make sure you do not get that security deposit back.

I would 100 recommend living here, especially if it is your first apartment. My roommates and I get along wonderfully, and the rent here is extremely affordable. The amenities are amazing, and we are located perfectly between campus and the various shopping centers in town.
